There is a possibility of establishing a Special Economic Zone within the area of Bukowice Industrial Park. In order to establish the zone a new investment amounting to at least 50,000,000 Euro or creating at least 500 new jobs must be realized.
These can also be smaller investments = if this is the case, there is a possibility of setting up for an investor a sub-zone of one of the special economic zones in Lower Silesia within the whole area or part of the area of Bukowice Industrial Park. If the investor wants to receive state financial aid in order to finance the new investment, he can be granted financial assistance amounting to 50% of the total investment costs which qualify for financial assistance. However, the entrepreneur applying for aid has to run his enterprise for at least five years and the minimal value of investment costs has to amount to 100,000 Euro. A new investment means an investment connected with establishing or extending an enterprise. Moreover, the investor may be exempted from property tax. State financial assistance granted to a small-scale and medium-scale entrepreneur is increased from 50% to 65% of the total incurred investment costs or two-year wage costs as regards newly-employed workers. State assistance received from various sources is summed up and cannot exceed 50% (or 65% in case of a small-scale and medium-scale enterprise) of the total incurred investment costs or two-year wage costs as regards newly-employed workers.
